Abstract
par Danas Ābeles maģistra darbu „Audzēkņu motivācijas veicināšana profesionālajā vidusskolā”.
Darbā analizēta aktuāla problēma, kura ir saistīta ar profesionālās vidusskolas audzēkņu mācību motivāciju.
Darba mērķis ir raksturot profesionālās vidusskolas audzēkņu motivāciju.
Darba pētnieciskais jautājums – kā veicināt profesionālās vidusskolas audzēkņu mācību motivāciju?
Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, nobeiguma, kā arī literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem.
Teorētiskā nodaļā tiek raksturots mācību process profesionālajā vidusskolā, analizēts plašs literatūras klāsts par motivāciju, tās veidiem un faktoriem, kas to ietekmē.
Empīriskajā pētījuma nodaļā aprakstīti veiktie pētījumi vienā no Latvijas profesionālajām vidusskolām, pamatojoties uz daudzveidīgām pētīšanas metodēm.
Nobeigumā autore sniedz galvenos secinājumus un priekšlikumus, kuri iegūti izstrādājot maģistra darbu.

The Master’s Paper is entitled “Facilitation of Motivation of Students in Vocational Secondary School”. The Paper is concerned with problem related to the motivation of the students of vocational secondary schools. The main objective of the paper is to reveal the nature of the motivation of vocational secondary school students. The main question examined by the study is: How to facilitate the motivation of the vocational secondary school students? The paper consists of Introduction, four Sections, Conclusion and List of Sources and Appendices. Theoretical Part of the Paper deals with the study process at the vocational secondary school, it also includes broad analysis of various sources regarding the motivation, types thereof and the factors affecting it. The Empirical Par includes description of the research performed at one Latvian vocational secondary school using several different research methods. The section Conclusions includes the main conclusions the author of the Matster’s Paper has reached during the research, as well as several recommendations on improvements of motivational practices at secondary vocational schools.
