Abstract
Darba ietvaros iegūtas vairākas jaunas benperidola polimorfās un solvatomorfās formas – metanola, acetonitrila, etilacetāta solvāti. No monokristālu rentgendifraktometrijas datiem atrasta metanola, etanola un acetonitrila solvāta kristāliskā struktūra. Pētīts solvātu desolvatācijas process un tā produkti, mainot desolvatācijas apstākļus, temperatūru, karsēšanas ātrumu, daļiņu izmēru un iegūšanas veidu. No termogravimetrijas datiem izotermiskā režīmā aprēķināti benperidola dihidrāta un etanola solvāta kinētiskie parametri – reakcijas ātruma konstantes un aktivācijas enerģijas – un analizēta procesu atbilstība biežāk sastopamajiem cietfāzu kinētikas modeļiem.
In this research project several new polimorphs and solvatomorphs of benperidol – methanol, acetonirile and ethyl acetate solvates – were obtained. Crystal structure of methanol, ethanol and acetonitrile solvate was determined using monocrystal X-ray diffractometry. Desolvation process and its products were researched varying desolvation environment, temperature, heating speed, particle size and method of synthesis. Kinetic parameters – reaction rate constant and activation energy – were calculated and kinetic models were fitted for benperidol dyhidrate and ethanol solvate desolvation using isothermic thermogravimetry data.
