Abstract
Bakalaura darbs veltīts vienam no Latvijas kultūras vēsturē nozīmīgākajiem Pirmā pasaules kara notikumiem – Rīgas un tās apkārtnes kultūras vērtību evakuācijai, kā arī tās izraisītajām sekām. 1915. gadā no Rīgas un tās apkārtnes uz Krievijas iekšējām guberņām tika evakuēti gandrīz visi baznīcu zvani, pilsētas pieminekļi, muzeju krājumi u.c. Šo kultūras vērtību reevakuācija, balstoties uz Latvijas-Krievijas 1920. gada noslēgto Miera līgumu, bija viens no Latvijas valsts nozīmīgiem uzdevumiem 20. gs. divdesmitajos gados. Darbā skatīta gan evakuācijas, gan reevakuācijas norise un organizācija, to tiesiskais pamatojums, kā arī konkrētu pieminekļu likteņi. Tieši evakuācijas raksturs, kā arī dažādi ar Reevakuācijas komisijas darbību saistīti aspekti noteica, ka 1915. gadā aizvesto kultūras vērtību reevakuācija nenoritēja viegli un daudzas no tām Latvijai ir zudušas.
Bachelor’s paper is about one of the most important events in Latvian cultural history – about evacuation of Riga's and its vicinity's cultural values in World war I. In 1915 from Riga and its vicinity to inside governments of Russia were evacuated almost all church-bells, monuments, collections of museums etc. Reevacuation of these cultural values was one of the most important assignments for government of Latvia in 20th century twenties, which was based on the Latvia-Russia peace treaty signed in 1920. In paper are analyzed course, organization and judicial grounds of evacuation and reevacuation, are traced down the destinies of different kind of cultural values. The character of evacuation and different aspect of Reevacuation commission’s work determined that process of reevacuation was not easy and many of evacuated Latvia’s cultural values are gone.
