Abstract
Darba mērķis: Pētīt un noskaidrot darba vides pilnveidošanas iespējas atbilstoši ergonomiskajām prasībām Tilžas pagasta pārvaldē. Pētījuma metodes: Teorētiskā – literatūras, informācijas avotu un normatīvo aktu analīze par ergonomiskajām prasībām Empīriskā – aptauja - aptaujas anketas un intervija ar pārvaldes vadītāju Statiskā – datu statiskā apstrāde Pirmajā nodaļā: Pirmajā nodaļā ir veikta literatūras un informācijas avotu analīze par ergonomiku un tās būtību, dots skaidrojums jēdzienam „ergonomika” Otrajā nodaļā: Ir analizēts darba likums, darba aizsardzības likums kā arī atbilstošie Ministru kabineta noteikumi par ergonomiku un darba vides ergonomiskajām prasībām. Trešajā nodaļā: Tiks noskaidrotas darba vides ergonomiskās prasības un būtiskākie ergonomiskie riski – troksnis, apgaismojums, darba poza, stress un mikroklimats. Tiks analizētas prasības datoriekārtu ergonomiskumam, biroja tehnikas atbilstībai ergonomiskajām prasībām un darba vides ergonomiskais iekārtojums. Ceturtā nodaļa: Tiks raksturota Tilžas pagasta darba vides atbilstība ergonomiskajām prasībām. Tiks analizēti aptaujas un intervijas rezultāti, noskaidrotas nepilnības, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Piektā nodaļa: Tika izstrādātas darba vides pilnveidošanas iespējas atbilstoši aptaujas un intervijas rezultātiem par ergonomiskajām prasībām Tilžas pagasta pārvaldē. Tiks izdarīti secinājumi un apkopoti priekšlikumi, Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms ir 61 lappuses ar 2 pielikumiem, 5 nodaļām un ar 8 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbā izmantoti 28 literatūras un informācijas avoti, 5 tabulas, 14 attēli un 2 pielikumi.
Aim of the work: To research and find out possibile solutions how to improve working environment of Tilža Parish Administration in accordance with the ergonomic requirements. Research methods: Theoretical method - analysis of literature, information sources and normative acts on ergonomic requirements.. Empiric method - survey - questionnaires and interview with the Head of Administration. Static method - static data processing. First Chapter: The first chapter includes an analysis of literature and information sources on ergonomics and its principle, as well an explanation of the term "ergonomics" is given. Second Chapter: An analysis is made on the law of labor, law of labor protection as well as the relevant Ministry regulations regarding ergonomics and ergonomic requirements of the working environment. Third Chapter: This chapter includes a clarified information about ergonomic requirements of the working environment and the most important ergonomic risks - noise, lighting, work posture, stress and microclimate. The requirements for ergonomics of computer equipment, the ergonomic requirement compliance with office equipment and the ergonomic design of the working environment was analyzed. Fourth Chapter: The ergonomic requirements compliance of the working environment of the Tilža Parish Administration with the will be described. The results of the questionnaire and the interview will be analyzed, from where weaknesses will be identified in order to develop proposals for evaluation. Fifth Chapter: The possibilities for improving the working environment were developed in accordance with the results of the survey and interview on the ergonomic requirements of Tilža Parish Administration. Conclusions and suggestions were made. The qualification paper consists of 61 pages with 2 annexes, 5 chapters and 8 subchapters, conclusions and proposals. 28 literature and information sources, 5 tables, 14 pictures and 2 annexes were used in the work
