Abstract
Darbs veltīts neliela IT uzņēmuma vadības un, detalizētāk, vienas no vadības funkciju – darba organizācijas pilnveidošanas – izpētei. Darba organizācijas pilnveidošanas process tiek apskatīts, par piemēru ņemot vienu konkrētu uzņēmumu. Lai to panāktu, tiek izpētīts vispārīgais neliela IT uzņēmuma konteksts un izceltas konteksta īpašības, kuras vadībai jāņem vērā, kā arī tiek apskatītas vadības metodoloģijas, tehnikas un rīki.
Darba ietvaros tiek apskatītas divas atšķirīgas pieejas: tradicionālā un spējā. No vadības metodoloģijām tika apskatītas: PMBOK, Scrum un Ekstrēmā projektu pārvaldība.
Darba organizācijas pilnveidošanas pētījuma ietvaros analizēta viena uzņēmuma darba organizācija, izvēlēta piemērota metodoloģiskā pieeja, tehnikas un rīki un rezultātā tika izstrādātas rekomendācijas darba organizācijas pilnveidošanai.
This work is devoted to a research of small IT company management and in more details – improvement of work organization. The process of work organization improvement is examined and exemplified with one particular organization. In order to accomplish it, the general context of a small IT company was researched, and highlighted the contextual characteristics that should be taken into consideration by managers, as well as studied some major management methodologies, techniques and tools. Within the framework of the thesis two different approaches were discussed: traditional and agile. The following management methodologies were examined: PMBOK, Scrum and Extreme project management. Within the framework of the research there was analyzed the work organization of one particular company as well as chosen the appropriate management methodology, techniques and tools. As a result of this research, recommendations for the improvement of work organization were developed.
