Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darbā „farmācijas firmas pārdošanas datu apstrādes programma” ir apskatītas dažādas funkcijas, ko veic izveidotā datu apstrādes programma. Šī izstrādātā pārdošanas datu apstrādes programma ir izveidota un šobrīd jau veiksmīgi darbojas farmācijas firmā „Zentiva International” Latvijas filiālē. Tā ir veidota tā, lai ienākošie dati tiktu pasniegti viegli uztveramā un pārskatāmā formā.
Bieži vien palielinoties datu apjomam darbinieki nespēj atlasīt tikai sev nepieciešamo informāciju un tas prasa pārāk daudz laika. Darba mērķis ir izvedot programmu, kas kvalitatīvi apstrādātu lielu datu apjomu, lai novērstu iepriekš nekvalitatīvo datu apstrādi, kas veicināja kompānijas panākumu kritumu. Tādēļ tika izveidota aplikācija, kurā katrs detalizēti var apskatīt tieši to, kas ir nepieciešams. Līdz ar to šī programma ir daudz jaudīgāka un spēj daudz ātrāk apstrādāt datus.
Galvenās aplikācijas prasības ir ērtums un iespēja ātri nolasīt datus. Aplikācija ir izveidota Microsoft Excel vidē izmantojot tajā iebūvēto Visual Basic editoru. Lielākais datu apjoms tiek glabāts datu bāze, kas ir izveidota programmā Microsoft Access.
Darbā ir apskatītas nozīmīgākās metodes, ko var izmantot programmas darbības optimizēšanai un tās pilnveidošanai. Iegūtie rezultāti apmierina farmācijas firmas „Zentiva International” darbiniekus un veicinājusi panākumus firmas attīstībā.
Qualified work "pharmaceutical company sales data processing software" looks at a variety of functions performed by a data processing program. This developed the sales data processing software has been established and is already operating successfully in the pharmaceutical industry "Zentiva International's Latvian branch. It is designed so that incoming data would be presented in a clear and concise and transparent form. Often, increasing the amount of data employees can not only select the necessary information and it takes too much time. Therefore, it was established application in which every detail can see exactly what is needed. Consequently, this program is more powerful and capable of much faster processing of data. Key application requirements are convenient and can quickly retrieve the data. The application is a Microsoft Excel environment using the built-in Visual Basic Editor. The largest amount of data is stored in a database that is created in Microsoft Access. The paper examines the key methods that can be used to optimize the program and its development. The results obtained satisfy the pharmaceutical companies' Zentiva International's staff and contributed to the success of brand development.
