Abstract
Darbs tiek izstrādāts aktuālā sporta fizioloģijas jomā, kur treniņa metodikas pielietojums kļūs arvien aktuālāks, kā arī atjaunošanās procesu pielietojumam ir liela nozīme. Par pētījuma galveno saturu ir ierobežotas asinsapgādes ietekme uz spēka un plimometriskās (lēcienu slodze) slodzes apvienojumu un tās radītās fizioloģiskās izmaiņas sportista organismā. Lai pierādītu ierobežotas asinsapgādes treniņu metodikas efektivitāti šī treniņa metode tiek salīdzināta ar to pašu slodzi bez ierobežotas asins apgādes. Un lai pierādītu sporta masāžas kā atjaunošanās līdzekļa efektivitāti tā tiek veikta trešajā pētījuma posmā izmatojot ierobežotu asinsapgādi lai salīdzinātu tās ietekmi uz organismu salīdzinot to ar iepriekš veikto slodzi ar un bez ierobežotu asinsapgādi. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot kāju arteriālas oklūzijas ierobežojošo ietekmi uz pliometriskas slodzes līdz spēka izsīkumam parametriem un relaksējošas masāžas ietekmi uz atjaunošanās parametriem pēc šādas slodzes, kas veikta ierobežotas muskuļu asinsapgādes apstākļos. Metode: Pētījumā piedalījās četri atšķirīgu sporta veidu pārstāvji vīrieši ar vidējo vecumu 26 gadi, vidējo svaru 76 kg, un vidējo augumu 178 cm. Slodze raksturojās kā 30 reizes spēka vingrinājums apakšstilba divgalvainam muskulim ar 30 sekunžu pauzi kam sekoja 30 sekunžu lēciena slodze, maksimālais sēriju skaits bija trīs. Sportistiem pēc slodzes tika analizēti asins spiediena rādītāji, sirdsdarbība un laktāta un glikozes rādītāji. Pēcslodzes rādītāju izpēte sākās kad sportists bija izpildījis maksimālo sēriju skaitu, vai kad muskuļos bija iestājies galējs nogurums līdz attiecēja stāvoklim. Trešajā pētījuma posmā pēc oklūzijas slodzes tika veikta sporta masāža. Rezultāti: Visiem sportistiem oklūzijas slodzes metode radīja lielāku metabolītu stresu salīdzinot ar slodzi bez oklūzijas, kā arī sistēmiskie asinsrites rādītāji bija augstāki. Sporta masāža pozitīvi ietekmē atjaunošanās procesus ātrāk atjaunojot asins spiedienu un laktāta rādītājus. Atslēgvārdi: Oklūzijas slodzes metode, laktāts, atjaunošanās, sporta masāža.
This work is written in sport physiology field that is very actual, because new training methods are important for best result and recovery process are also the key for success. In this study blood flow restriction method is used in combine physical activity - power lode combined with plyometric exercise, after these exercises during the recovery process physiological indicators are measured. This method is compared with the same lode of physical activity but without blood flow restriction method so we can prove blood flow restriction method efficiency. In the third study stage after blood flow restriction method we used sport massage therapy immediately after exercise – to prove that sport massage helps faster to recover after hard anaerobic physical work. Purpose: To find out blood flow restriction method influence on plyometric exercise till exhaustion and the change of parameters and to find out sport massage efficiency after the blood flow restriction exercise method. Methods: In research participated four men from different sport field average age was 24, average weight 76 kg, and height 177 cm. Sport activity characterized as 30 times calf muscle exercise after that 30 seconds pause and then 30 second plyometric jump. Maximal sets number for exercise was three. After sport activity blood pressure, heart rate, lactate and glucose were analyzed. Exercise was stopped when athlete had done all three sets or exhaustion is muscle was in such degree that athlete could not continue exercise. In third study stage after blood flow restriction exercise sport massage was performed. Results: All athletes showed grater metabolic stress after blood flow restriction physical activity compared the same load activity without blood flow restriction, and blood flow system indicators was also higher. Sport massage performance recovered all athletes faster blood pressure and lactate level proved that. Keywords: Occlusion exercise method, lactate, recovery, sport massage.
