Abstract
Maģistra darbā teorētiski pētnieciskajā daļā tiek pētītas, raksturotas un analizētas teorētiskās nostādnes, kurās atzīmēts, ka noritot straujam pārmaiņu un attīstības procesam pasaulē, izglītībai tiek piešķirta nozīmīga loma šo procesu vadīšanā. Aplūkojot laikmeta iezīmes izglītībā pasaulē un Latvijā, tiek noskaidrota pārmaiņu būtība, nozīme un attīstības virzieni izglītībā, kā arī šo pārmaiņu rezultātā izveidotā vērtību skala Eiropā. Izzinot efektīvas skolas būtību un noteicošos faktorus, ir aplūkota skolas organizatoriskā struktūra un tās kopējie mērķi izglītojamo vispusīgas personības attīstībā. Zīmīga ir jēdziena „efektīva skola” attīstība, tās pazīmes, ko raksturo kvalitatīvie un kvantitatīvie rādītāji. Skolu efektivitātes kritēriju skaidrojumā, aplūkots UNESCO starptautiskās komisijas ziņojums „Izglītība divdesmit pirmajam gadsimtam”, kas sniedz atbildi uz efektīvu skolu pazīmēm. Tāpat skatoties skolas lomas un efektīvas darbības pazīmju skaidrojumā, ir izvirzīti kritēriji, ar kuru palīdzību iespējams radīt apstākļus personības vispusīgai attīstībai. Ne mazāk nozīmīga ir skolas ētosa jeb skolas atmosfēras kopumā radītā iedarbība uz izglītojamo attīstību. Skolas darba pamatā ir mērķtiecīgas pārmaiņas, kas arī raksturo skolas darbības efektivitāti un ilgtspēju. Skolotāja būtība un loma pārmaiņu norisē, raksturota no skolotāja vecā izpratnē uz mūsdienu skolotāju. Tāpat tiek pievērsta uzmanība skolas direktoram – kāda ir tā būtība un loma pārmaiņu norisē un vadīšanā. Skolas darbības pamatā tiek izmantotas dažādas novitātes pedagoģiskajā procesā sākumskolā, un viena no tām ir skolēnu iesaistīšana projektu darbos, kas ir efektīva metode skolēnu vispusīgas personības attīstībā.
Praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā iekļauts pētījuma metodoloģiskais un organizatoriskais apraksts, kā arī pētījuma respondentu raksturojums. Intervējot Rīgas Ziepniekkalna sākumskolas izglītības iestādes vadītāja vietnieci izglītības jomā, tiek noskaidroti skolotāju profesionalitātes rādītāji, skolas un vecāku efektīvs sadarbības veids un tā nozīme bērna personības attīstībā, kā arī skolas darbības novitātes mācību un audzināšanas procesa organizēšanā. Noskaidrotas skolas pedagoģiskā personāla domas par projektu darbu efektivitāti mācību un audzināšanas procesā, kā arī skolotāju aktivitāti projektu darbu realizēšanā. Skolas darbības izvērtēšanā, skolas un vecāku sadarbības izvērtēšanā un vecāku aktivitātes noskaidrošanā mācību un audzināšanas procesā, apkopoti dati, kas ļauj saskatīt skolas darbības pozitīvās puses un sfēras, kuras jāpilnveido. Maģistra darba nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi par praktiski pētnieciskā darbā iegūtajiem, apkopotajiem un analizētajiem datiem, kas raksturo Rīgas Ziepniekkalna sākumskolas efektīvu darbību un attīstību veicinošo faktoru ietekmi uz izglītojamo vispusīgu attīstību.
In the theoretically practical part of master’s work theoretical approaches are being researched, described and analyzed. In these approaches is mentioned the fact that these days are times of big changes and development process in the whole world. Education has very important role in the ruling this process. Looking at the features of the era in the education in the world and in Latvia, the essence, importance and directions of changes are made in the education, as well as established scale of values in the Europe that was made based on these changes. Finding out the essence and determinants of effective school, I made a research about the organizing structure of school and it’s shared goals in the students’ all- round personality development. Very important is the development of the concept „effective school”. Qualitative and quantitative indicators describe it. In the school effectiveness criteria explanation I examined UNESCO international commission report „Education for the 21st century” that gives the answer to the features of effective school. Also looking in the explanation of school role and effective action features, there were criteria’s proposed. With help of these criteria’s it’s possible to create conditions for development of generally educated personality. Also important created influence on student’s development has school ethos or school atmosphere in general. On the basis of school work is purposeful changes that also describe school work effectiveness and lasting. Teacher’s essence and role in the process of changes I described from the point of view of „old times” and nowadays. I also paid attention to the principal- her/his nature and role in the process of changes and management. On the basis of school work different novelties in educational process in primary school are being used. And one of these novelties is students’ involvement in different projects that is effective method in students’ general personality development. In the practically investigative part I included the methodological and organizing description of the research and also characteristics of research respondents. Interviewing assistant head of the education level in the Riga Ziepniekkalna primary school, I clarified teacher’s indicators of professionalism, effective cooperation ways between school and parents and its’ importance in the personality development of the child. I also found out opinion of the educational staff about project effectiveness in the education process, as well as teachers’ activity in the enforcement of projects. In the end of the master’s work I made conclusions about the data that I got, and data that I summarized and analyzed during the writing process.
