Abstract
Diplomdarbā tiek analizēta sociālpedagoģiskā darbība ar ģimenēm bērna aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas gadījumos. Analizēti literatūras avoti, normatīvie dokumenti un Latvijas statistika par aprūpes tiesību atņemšanu vecākiem. Pētīta reālā situācija Daugavpilī par ģimenēm, kurās vecākiem atņemtas aprūpes tiesības pār bērniem.
Teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta aprūpes tiesību atņemšana Latvijas likumdošanā. Noskaidrotas ģimeņu sociālas problēmas, kas veicina aprūpes tiesību atņemšanu vecākiem. Analizēti psihologu un pedagogu uzskati par ģimenes lomu sabiedrībā, par ģimenes funkcijām. Analizētas ārpusģimenes aprūpes iestāžu audzēkņu rakstura īpašības, kas negatīvi ietekmē viņu adaptāciju un dzīvi sabiedrībā. Izskatīti un analizēti dažādu autoru sociālpedagoģiskās darbības modeļi ar ģimenēm aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas gadījumos.
Analītiskajā daļā tika analizēta reālā aprūpēs tiesību atņemšanas problēma Daugavpilī. Tika veikta bāriņtiesas lēmumu par aprūpes tiesību atņemšanu analīze. Veikta 10 vecāku, kuriem atņemtas aprūpes tiesības, un 8 speciālistu anketēšanas rezultātu analīze. Analizēts sociālpedagoģiskais darbs ar ģimenēm aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas gadījumos Daugavpils pašvaldībā.
Diplomdarba noslēguma daļā izstrādāta sociālpedagoģiskā darba programma ar ģimenēm, kurās vecākiem atņemtas aprūpes tiesības. Šī programma var tikts izmantota kā resurss darbiniekiem, kuri strādā ar ģimenēm aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas gadījumos.
Diplomdarba gaitā tika izmantotas šādas metodes: literatūras analīze, dokumentu analīze, statistikas analīze, anketēšana, modelēšana.
In the diploma paper the social and pedagogic activity with the families experiencing the cases of deprivation of right of care of a child has been analyzed. The literature sources, normative documents and statistics of Latvia with regards to the deprivation of the right of care of a child have been analysed. The real situation of Daugavpils families deprived the right to care of the children was examined. In the theoretical part the analysis of deprivation of right of care in Latvian legislation has been done. The social problems of the families resulting in deprivation of right of care have been found out. The opinions of psychologists and pedagogic on the role of a family in the society and functions of a family have been analysed. Character features of the children brought up in the children’s homes and orphanages having negative impact on their adaptation and life in the society have been analysed. The models of social and pedagogic activity with the families in case of deprivation of right of care developed by different authors have been studied and analysed. The analytical part analyses the real problem of deprivation of right of care in Daugavpils. There has been done the analysis of the orphan’s court resolutions with regard to the deprivation of right of care of children. Questioning results of 10 parents deprived the right of care of a child and 8 specialists have been analysed. Work with the families in case of deprivation of right of care carried out by Daugavpils municipality has been examined. In the final part of the diploma paper the program of the social and pedagogic work with the families, where the parents were deprived the right to care of the children. This program can be used as a resource for the people involved into the work with the families deprived the right of care of the children. During the diploma paper there have been used the following methods: analysis of literature, analysis of documents, analysis of statistics, questioning, modelling.
