Abstract
Jēzus Kristus nozīmes rokmūzikas tekstos 1960. – 2005.
Atslēgvārdi: Jēzus Kristus, roks, populārā kultūra, jēdzienu saplūšana.
Šīs pētījums ir par nozīmes veidošanos, saplūstot dažādu konvenciju kontekstiem. Rokmūzika ir populārās kultūras aspekts, savukārt Kristus ir reliģiska konvencija. 20. gadsimta otrajā pusē, izzūdot robežām starp jēdzieniem, rokmūzikas dziesmu tekstos tika piesaukts Kristus vārds, piešķirot tam jaunas nozīmes. Šajā pētījumā esmu analizējis, kādas jaunas nozīmes un reprezentācijas Kristum ir piešķirtas, izmantojot jēdzienu saplūšanas teoriju, kā arī pētot atsevišķo tekstu vēsturi un izcelsmi.
Meanings of Jesus Christ in rockmusic’s lyrics 1960.- 2005. Rock music is the aspect of popular cuklture as counterpart to Christ, which is a religious convention. On the second half of 20th century, where borders between concepts have been deconstructed, Christ appeared in rock music’s lyrics gaining new meanings. In this research I have tried to discover what new meanings and representations have been attached to Christ concept, using the theory of conceptual blending and the background of each lyric included.
