Abstract
Maģistra darbā tiek apskatīti divi farmaceitiskie produkti: zopiklons un ksilazīns. Kvantitatīvo ūdens satura noteikšana ksilazīna un zopiklona paraugos tika veikta ar trim dažādām metodēm: gravimetriju, kulonometriju, potenciometriju. Kvantitatīvā ūdens satura noteikšanas metodes tika salīdzinātas. Rezultāti parādīja, ka kulonometrisko kvantitatīvo ūdens satura noteikšanu zopiklonam un ksilazīnam nevar veiksmīgi aizvietot ar potenciometrisko titrēšanu. . Potenciometriskā ūdens noteikšana nav iespējama, jo ir pārāk daudz traucējošo faktoru. Kulonometriskā metode ir piemērotāka zopiklona un ksilazīna kvantitatīvai ūdens satura noteikšanai.
Two pharmaceutical products are considered in this master’s work: zopiclone and xylazine. Three methods: coulonometric titration, potentiometric titration and gravimetric methods are used for the determination of low water content in zopiclone and xylazine samples. Determination methods of low water content in pharmaceuticals products were compared. Potentiometric titration of low water content in zopiclone and xylazine samples occurred not possible. The obtained results demonstrate that the coulometric method is suitable for the determination of the water content in zopiclone and xylazine samples.
