Abstract
Tika pētītas 1D ZnO nanošķiedras ar dažādiem biezumiem. 1D ZnO nanostruktūras fotoluminiscence tika mērīta no 77 K līdz istabas temperatūrai. Emisijas spektra analīze un galveno parametru (aktivācijas enerģijas, temperatūras koeficienti u.t.t.) aprēķins. 1D ZnO aizliegtā zona tika pētīta ar optisko spektroskopiju. Tika veikta korelācija starp optiskajām un uzbūves īpašībām.
1D ZnO nanofibers with different thickness were investigated. Photoluminescence of 1D ZnO nanostructures was measured from 77 K to the ambient. Emission spectrum was analyzed and main parameters (activation energies, temperature coefficients, etc.) were calculated. Band gap of 1D ZnO nanostructures was studied by optical spectroscopy. Correlation between optical and structure properties were performed.
