dc.description.abstractBakalaura darbsa mērķis – izanalizēt teorētisko literatūru un praktiski izvērtēt vizuālās mākslas priekšmeta iespējas 9.klašu skolēnu sociālo prasmju veicināšanā. Pētījuma bāze – Nītaures vidusskolas 9.klases 20 audzēkņi. Pedagoģiskais izmēģinājums tika veikts no 2004. – 2005. gadam. Tika veikta vecāku anketēšana, skolēnu anketēšana un novērošana. Pētījums parādīja, ka mērķtiecīgi izstrādāta programma palīdz attīstīt skolēnu sociālās prasmes. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 8 nodaļām, nobeiguma, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the paper is to explore the development of students’ social skills in he learning process of visual arts. The subjects of the study are grade 9 students in elementary school. In the framework of the study, a pedagogical program for development of social skills in the visual art lessons has been designed for 20 grade 9 students of Nitaure Elementary Schoool. A survey of parents and students has been used to collect data about the students’ social skills before and during the implementation of the pedagogic program. According to the findings of the study a purposefully developed program helps to develop adolescents’ social skills. Positive development could be observed in such social skills as using politeness formulas; listening skills and discussion skills. In addition the study reveals that the social skills program in usual arts creates several opportunities: •Students perceive learning as personally significant; •Students get along with each other better, become friendlier; •Limit students are not afraid of having their own opion; •All students are active in groups in visual art lessons; •Students have increased self-esteem; •The class cooperates as team; The study concludes that the visual arts subject is not been used to its full potential in schools.en_US
