Abstract
Latvijas, Igaunijas retrospektīvā bibliogrāfija sāka attīstīties 20. gadsimta 20 gados. Lietuvā tas notika vēlāk – 20 gadsimta 60 gados. Retrospektīvās analītiskās bibliogrāfijas ietver bibliogrāfisku periodisko izdevumu izrakstīšanu no pašiem pirmajiem attiecīgās valsts valodā iznākošiem periodiskajiem izdevumiem. Gadu gaitā retrospektīvās analītiskās bibliogrāfijas rādītāji mainījušies. Lielas izmaiņas ienesa Otras pasaules karš. 1998. gadā Latvijā un Lietuvā, 2002. gadā Igaunijā nacionālās retrospektīvās analītiskās bibliogrāfijas ierakstus sāka ievadīt datu bāzes. Ir svarīgi, lai ieraksti atbilstu starptautiskiem standartiem un bibliotēkas veiksmīgi varētu piedalīties informācijas apmaiņā.
The Latvian and Estonian national retropective analytic bibliography began in 20-ies of the last century . In Latvia it began with the publishing of Indexes „The Latvian Science and Literature”. It comprises the analytic descriptions of the Latvian periodicals since 1763. when the first calender in Latvian was published. During the long period of time those annual indexes of articles have experienced many changes. The biggest ones appeared in 1958 when it was possible to preparē for publishing the unpublished card files of the years 1908-1919. The Card files of Estonian retrospective analytic bibliography remain unpublished all the years. Lithuanian national retrospective analitical bibliography began in 60-ties of the 20th century. In 1998. it was decided to make the data basis in Latvia and Lithuania. In Estonia – Tartu it was in 2002. It was significant to use international standarts in the automation process.
