Abstract
Pašreiz Latvijā ļoti daudzi mazi un vidēji uzņēmumi neizstrādā savu rīcības plānu
ilgākam laika periodam, bet balsta savu darbību tikai uz peļņas gūšanu, kas rada problēmas
nākotnē.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt stratēģiskās plānošanas shēmu un tās realizāciju a/s „Aldaris”,
veikt šī uzņēmuma konkurences stratēģijas un konkurētspējas analīzi, atklājot pozitīvos
momentus un trūkumus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus šī uzņēmuma konkurētspējas
nodrošināšanai.
Veiktais pētījums pierāda to, ka a/s „Aldaris” izveidotā konkurences stratēģija gadu laikā
ir nodrošinājusi ne tikai konkurences priekšrocības Latvijas alus tirgū, bet arī nepārtrauktu peļņas
pieaugumu.
Darbu var izmantot dažādi uzņēmumi, lai gūtu reālas zināšanas par to, kā konkurences
priekšrocības Latvijas alus tirgū ir ieguvusi lielākā un modernākā alus darītava Baltijā – a/s
„Aldaris”.
Today in Latvia many small and medium enterprises instead of developing a long-term plan orient only on profit gaining causing problems in the future. The goal of this paper is to research strategic planning scheme, its` implementation, competitiveness and competition strategy in JSC „Aldaris, finding out strengths and weaknesses, and to offer suggestions in order to ensure the competitiveness in JSC „Aldaris”. The research verifies that the competitiveness strategy developed by JSC „Aldaris” has not only secured the competitiveness advantages in the Latvia’s beer market, but also has increased the profit. This research could be used by many enterprises in order to get the knowledge about the way how the biggest and the most modern brewing enterprise in Baltics – JSC „Aldaris” – has got the competitiveness’ advantages in Latvian beer market.
