Abstract
Spektrofotometriska flavonoīdu noteikšana ogu izspiednēs. Zutis E., zinātniskā vadītāja Dr.ķīm. Ābele S. Bakalaura darbs. 48 lappuses 21 attēls, 16 tabulas, 36 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Darbā ir veikta metodes pielāgošana flavonoīdu spektofotometriskai noteikšanai ogu ekstraktos. Ir veikti flavonoīdu ekstrakcijas pilnīgum pētījumi Latvījā sastopamajās purva dzērvenēs Oxycoccus palustris dzērvenēs. Darbā pētīta metodes atkārtojamība, reproducējamība. Pētīta kalibrācijas taisnes linearitāte pie nelielām standartvielas koncnetrācijām. Veikta ekstrakta krāsas intensitātes noturības pētījumi.
