Abstract
Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par policiklisko aromātisko ogļūdeņražu (PAO) izplatību vidē un apzināta to kaitīgā ietekme uz cilvēka veselību. Ir veikta metodes: Gaiss – kopējā (gāzes un daļiņu fāzē) policiklisko aromātisko ogļūdeņražu noteikšana – savākšana uz filtra un tam sekojoša sorbenta, analīze ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas – masspektrometrijas (LVS ISO 12884:2001) validācija. Darbā ir aprakstīta PAO paraugu sagatavošana un analīze ar gāzu hromatogrāfu - masspektrometru (GH – MS). Ir apkopoti kvantitatīvās analīzes rezultāti gaisa paraugiem. Gaisa paraugi tika ņemti ar aktīvo paraugu ņemšanas metodi no Rucavas un Zosēniem laika posmā no 2003. gada līdz 2006. gadam.
In the paper on the extension of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in the environment was summarized and their harmful influence on the human’s health was studied. The methods were carried out: Ambient air – determination of total (gas – and particle – phase) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons – Collection on sorbent – backed filter with gas chromatographic – mass spectrometric analyses (LVS ISO 12884:2001) validation. The results of the quantitative analysis of air samples are studied. The air samples were taken with the help of the active sample take method from Zoseni and Rucava in the time period from 2003 to 2006.
