Abstract
Kopsavilkums Abinieku cenožu atkarība no ekoloģiskiem faktoriem to riesta ūdenstilpēs Aizsargājamo ainavu apvidū “Ādaži” un Siguldas novada Mores pagastā Maģistra darbs. Laura Supe. 2017.gads Abinieki kā sugu grupa pētījumiem ir ļoti noderīga to dzīves cikla dēļ, jo veiksmīgai nākamās paaudzes attīstībai vajadzīgi gan piemēroti ūdens baseini nārstošanai, gan sauszemes biotopi ziemošanai un barošanās iespējām. Lauka darbi veikti divās teritorijās: Aizsargājamo ainavu apvidū “Ādaži” (laika periodā no 09.05.2014. līdz 29.04.2017.), kur notiek aktīvas militārās mācības un Siguldas novada Mores teritorijā (laika periodā no 28.04.2015. līdz 14.05.2017.), kur galvenais zemes izmantošanas veids ir lauksaimniecība. Darba mērķis ir noteikt ūdenstilpju ekoloģiskos faktorus, kuri veido saistību ar katras abinieku sugas nārstošanas vietu izvēli un to savstarpēju nārstošanas nišu pārklāšanos. Darba hipotēze: abinieku sugām var izdalīt nārstošanas ūdenstilpju nišas pēc to morfoloģiskajiem parametriem un veģetācijas, un šīs nišas ir vienādas divās atšķirīgās teritorijās - Aizsargājamo ainavu apvidū “Ādaži” un Siguldas novada Mores pagastā. Katra ūdenstilpe atzīmēta kā parauglaukums, kurai fiksētas koordinātes. Abinieku konstatēšanai izmantoti hidrobioloģiskais ķeramtīkliņš un to noteikšana pēc vokalizēšanas. Kā ekoloģiskie parametri izvēlēti veģetācijas dati, ūdenstilpes lielums un dziļums. Rezultātu interpretēšanai izmantotas GLM un korelācijas analīzes, lai noskaidrotu saistību starp ekoloģiskajiem faktoriem un abinieku nārsta ūdenstilpēm. Darba rezultātā iegūti dati gan par abinieku saistību ar ekoloģiskajiem faktoriem, gan par sugu sabiedrībām nārsta ūdenstilpēs.
The influence of breeding habitat ecological characteristics on amphibian cenosis in protected landscape area “Ādaži” and Sigulda region More municipality Master thesis. Laura Supe. 2017. Amphibian as a species group is very useful in research because of their lifestyle. For successful development of the next generation are necessary suitable water basins for spawning and terrestrial habitats for feeding and hibernation. The field work carried out in two different areas: in protected landscape area “Ādaži” (during the period from 09.05.2014. to 29.04.2017.) where there is an active military training and in Sigulda region More municipality (during the period from 28.04.2015. to 14.05.2017.) where the main land use is agriculture. The aim is to identify ecological factors of water bodies, which consist of relationship of each amphibian species spawning site selection and interconnection spawning niche overlap. Hypothesis of the study – for amphibian species can be distinguished niches of spawning water basins by their morphological characteristics and vegetation, and these niches are the same in two different areas - protected landscape area "Ādaži" and Sigulda region Mores municipality. Each pond was fixed as sampling plot and coordinates taken. Amphibians were detected using hydrobiological catching net or determinated by their voice. Cover of different macrophytes, size and depth of water body was selected as ecological parameters. GLM and correlation analysis were used for interpretation of results to determine the relationship between environmental factors and amphibian spawning water bodies. Results show data for both amphibian relationship to environmental factors and species community in spawning sites.
