Ernests Foldāts izvēlēts ar žūrijas vienbalsīgu lēmumu un nominanti pārstāvēja ievērojamu daļu no valsts ievērojamākajiem biologiem. Paziņojumā minēts apbalvošanas ceremonijas laiks un vieta, izteikts gandarījums par balvas piešķiršanas faktu un apsveikumi. Paziņojums drukāts uz vienas lapas ar Fizikas, matemātikas un dabaszinātņu akadēmijas zīmogu un tās prezidenta Ignacio L. Iribarren parakstu. Uz paziņojuma kopijas Ernesta Foldāta uzraksts mašīnrakstā: "PS: Svarīgākais šinī dokumentā ir ka esmu ievēlēts vienbalsīgi, un šinī konkursā piedalījās svarīga grupa no labākien Venecuēlas biologiem". dc.description.abstractAnnouncement to the Latvian biologist, orchid researcher Ernesto Foldat from the Venezuelan Academy of Physics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, that he has been awarded the Juan Alberto Olivares Prize in Biological Sciences. Ernesto Foldat was chosen by a unanimous decision of the jury and the nominees represented a significant part of the country's most prominent biologists. The announcement mentions the time and place of the award ceremony, the satisfaction with the fact of the award and the congratulations. The announcement is printed on one page with the stamp of the Academy of Physics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the signature of its President Ignacio L. Iribarren. Typographical inscription of Ernesto Foldat on the copy of the statement. Stored in the Museum of the University of Latvia Botanical and Mycological collections.
