dc.description.abstract | Latvijas Universitātes Botānikas un mikoloģijas kolekcijās glabājas vairākas vēsturiskās herbāriju kolekcijas, ko veidojuši dabaspētnieki vai to organizācijas. Viena no šādām kolekcijām ir agronoma Jēkaba Esera (Essers, citkārt Ezers; 1864 -1927) herbārijs, ko tās īpašnieks savā testamentā novēlēja Latvijas Universitātei. Esera herbāriju veido piecas biezas mapes, kuras satur 1186 Sāmsalā Igaunijā ievākti augu paraugi, starp kuriem sastopami arī dabas retumi. | en_US |
