Abstract
Bakalaura darbā aplūkots ciešanu jēdziens un tā skaidrojums Frīdriha Nīčes un Sērena Kirkegora filozofijā. Darba mērķis ir pievērsties ciešanu jēdzienam un tā skaidrojumam noteiktos Nīčes un Kirkegora darbos. Kultūras vēsturē ciešanu jēdziens ir ambivalents un neskaidrs, ikdienas pieredzes līmenī uztverts ar negatīvu konotāciju, taču filozofijā tas iegūst dziļāku un plašāku novietojumu dzīves izpratnē. Darbā tiek aplūkots Nīčes un Kirkegora traktējums, kas ciešanas uzlūko kā būtisku dzīves sastāvdaļu.
This thesis focuses on the meaning of suffering and its understanding in the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche and Søren Kierkegaard. The objective is to explore the concept of suffering and look at the use and understanding of it in the works of Nietzsche and Kierkegaard. The idea of suffering is ambiguous and often with a negative connotation, thus they are perceived as evil. The thesis examines the interpretation of suffering as a part of human life in the works of Nietzsche and Kierkegaard.
