Abstract
Flekainīda bāzes solvāti. Ļubova Jansone, darba vadītājs Dr.chem., asoc. prof. Andris Actiņš. Bakalaura darbs 33 lappuses, 19 attēli, 5 tabulas, 15 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā.
Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta farmaceitiski aktīvās vielas flekainīda iedarbība ar dažādiem spirtiem (metanolu, etanolu, propanolu, butanolu, pentanolu, heksanolu, heptanolu, oktanolu, nonanolu un dekanolu). Aprakstīta attiecīgo kristālsolvātu iegūšana no flekainīda bāzes.
Eksperimentāli iegūtie dati tiek izmantoti režģa parametru aprēķināšanai ar WINPLOTR datorprogrammu. Iegūtie režģa parametri tiek precizētie ar TOPAS datorprogrammu.

In the work has been investigated impact of different (methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol pentanol, hexanol, heptanol, octanol, nonanol and decanol) alcohols to pharmaceutically active compound flecainide. Described obtaining of those crystalalcoholates from flecainide base. Experimental x-ray diffractogramm has been used for base to calculate the lattice parameters with program WINPLOTR.
