Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis bija izstrādāt sistēmu, kas pārredzami apstrādātu informāciju par ienākošiem un izejošiem zvaniem un e-pastiem uzņēmējdarbības sistēmas "Directo" klientu atbalsta centrā. Sistēma izmantoto PHP, Blade, Javascript programmēšanas valodas un Laravel satvaru balstoties uz MVC arhitektūras modeļa, kā arī Auth, Bootstrap un API tīmekļa tehnoloģijas. JSON dati no "LMT" zvanu pārvaldnieka tiek apstrādāti “Directo” sistēmā. Zvanu un e-pastu dati tiek glabāti MySQL datubāzē “Directo” serveros, dati par lietotājiem tiek glabāti lokāli MySQL datubāzē. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "DIRECTO" CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL AND E-MAIL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM The aim of this qualification paper is to develop a system which would process information about incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails within the customer support center of "Directo", to later simplify and display it creating an overview of the data, allowing to later be utilized by the company. The system employs PHP, Blade and Javascript programming languages and the Laravel framework, based on MVC architecture, as well as Auth, Bootstrap, API web technologies. JSON data from the LMT call center is processed in the Directo system.
