The study is aimed at exploring the ways to deepen and expand the cooperation between China, EU and the Baltic states within different partnership formats. The authors argue that the strategic political, economic and security risks should be carefully assessed. However potential risks should not be exaggerated and should not overshadow new opportunities of EU – Baltics - China cooperation for growth and jobs creation.en_US
