Abstract
Darbs "Topoloģijas optimizācijas algoritmi 3D printējamu struktūru dizainam" ir veltīts topoloģijas optimizācijas algoritmu un 3D printeru funkcionalitātes izpētei. Darbā tiek apskatīti divi topoloģijas optimizācijas algoritmi un to pielietojumi vairākos piemēros. Ir veikta plaša izpēte par 3D printeru tehnisko specifikāciju, to darbību un izmantošanas veidiem. Darba galvenais mērķis ir realizēt topoloģijas optimizācijas algoritmu no uzdevuma formulējuma līdz pat gatavai, izdrukātai detaļai. Darbā ir apskatīti 3D struktūru nepieciešamie izveides nosacījumi, to modelēšana ar topoloģijas optimizāciju, kā arī pats drukāšanas process. Darba rezultātā tika iegūts dzelzceļa tilta posms, kurš vēlāk tika izdrukāts ar 3D printeri. Darbā ir sniegts ieskats par 3D printeru tehnoloģiju attīstību un pielietojumu nākotnē. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 51 lapaspuses, 54 attēliem un 2 pielikumiem, tā izstrādei izmantoti 46 literatūras avoti.
The work “Topology optimization algorithms for 3D printed structure design” is devoted to the research of the topology optimization algorithms and 3D printers functionality. In this work are examined two topology optimization algorithms and their applications in several examples. It has done extensive research on the 3D printer technical specifications, their performance and uses. The main goal of this research paper is to realize the topology optimization algorithm from the task formulation until ready, printed detail. The work provides an insight the 3D structure of the necessary conditions for the creation, for the modeling with the topology optimization, as well as the printing process itself. Work resulted in a stage of the railway bridge, which was later printed by a 3D printer. The paper provides an insight of the 3D printer technology development and applications in the future. Master thesis consists of 51 page, 54 pictures, 2 annexes and 46 sources of literature were used.
