Abstract
Diplomdarba tēma ir “Ierindas mācības vingrojumu nozīme sporta nodarbībās pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vecākajā posmā”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskām nostādnēm, izstrādāt disciplīnas nodrošinošas metodes un to kopsakarības ar ierindas mācības vingrojumu nozīmi sporta nodarbībās, izmantojot ierindas mācības vingrojumus, aprobēt tos sporta nodarbībās pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vecākajā posmā un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus. Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā tika pētīta un analizēta ierindas mācība, pirmsskolas izglītības programma un saistība ar ierindas mācības vingrojumiem un pirmsskolas vecākās grupas bērnu fizioloģiski psiholoģiskais raksturojums. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta sporta skolotāju strukturētā intervija, apkopotas un aprobētas četras vingrojumu grupas, kur katrs kopumā ietver dažādu ierindas mācības vingrojumu grupu un veicamo uzdevumu, tā apvienojot vairākus ierindas mācības elementus. Veicot interviju un praktiskās darbības analīzi, tika noskaidrots, ka ierindas mācība sasaistās ar disciplīnu, stājas veidošanu un saglabāšanu, kā arī pozitīva rutīna. Izveidoti aktuālākie ieteikumi, ko ņemt vērā jaunajiem sporta skolotājam. Ierindas mācības vingrojumiem un to elementiem ir būtiska un svarīga loma bērna dzīvē un mācību procesa laikā.
The topic of the diploma thesis is "The role of ordinary learning exercises in sports activities in the senior stage of a pre-school educational institution". The goal of the diploma thesis is to develop disciplinary methods and their correlations with the importance of ordinary learning exercises in sports, based on theoretical principles, to test them in sports at the senior stage of a pre-school educational institution and to analyze the obtained results. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, ordinary learning, pre-school education program and the relationship with ordinary learning exercises and the physiological and psychological characteristics of pre-school children were studied and analyzed. In the practical part, a structured interview of sports teachers was conducted, four groups of exercises were summarized and approbated, each of which includes a different group of exercises and tasks to be performed, thus combining several elements of ordinary training. During the interview and the analysis of the practical activity, it was found that ordinary learning is connected with the discipline, the formation and maintenance of posture, as well as a positive routine. The most up-to-date recommendations for new sports teachers have been developed. Ordinary learning exercises and their elements play an important and essential role in the child's life and learning process.
