Abstract

Postoperative effects of surgery are pain and longcourse rehabilitation, however course of treatment depends on what kind of surgery was made and depends on what kind of pain relieving medicine were assigned. The study aims to understand what exact treatment is effective and what exact medicine better prevents postoperative pains. Objective of the study is to get as much information as possible about pain relieving medicine’s nature and effect, as well as to evaluate its effectiveness when its are appointed alone or in complex therapy. The study results show that 51 % of all surveyed patients were designated complex therapy, and this therapy gives better results in treatment for those patients, who had increased pain reflexes and with slow healing process. Keywords: surgery, NSAIDs, analgesics, effectiveness.
