dc.description.abstractThesis will cover the legal aspects of the current Virtual Currency and Blockchain legislation particularly in Estonia, UK and Latvia. Comparison will be made to the existing regulatory framework and possible future development in the field. Comparison of the existing and future regulatory framework shall be followed by the proposal to amend Estonian AML, Virtual Currency and Blockchain regulation. With the proposal to introduction of the regulatory and licensing regime in Latvia. In a current Thesis it is possible ti use the following definitions - Virtual Assets (VA), virtual currencies, crypto currencies, crypto assets - all of the following shall have the same meaning within the framework of a current Thesis.en_US
