Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Pacientu un personāla drošības pasākumi operāciju zālē Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā” . Tēmas aktualitāte balstīta visos laikos būtiskajā jautājumā par pacientu un personāla drošību. Pēc PVO rīcībā esošās informācijas nedrošas ķirurģiskās aprūpes procedūras izraisa komplikācijas līdz pat 25% pacientu.(1) Tajā pašā laikā aizvien augstais inficēšanas risks ar SARS-CoV- 2 ir papildus izaicinājums operāciju zāles personālam – vispārējās aprūpes māsām. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu un personāla drošības pasākumu ievērošanu operāciju zālē Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt pieejamo literatūru un resursus par pacientu drošību, aseptikas un infekciju kontroles pasākumiem Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā; 2. Izveidot pētījuma anketu; 3. Veikt anketēšanu, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; 4. Izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: “Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā operāciju zālē tiek ievērota personāla un pacientu drošība.” Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā; Pētniecības instruments: anketa; Atslēgas vārdi: pacientu drošība, personāla drošība, operāciju zāle, Covid-19.
Bachelor's thesis "Patient and personnel safety measures in the operating room during the COVID-19 pandemic". The topicality of the topic is based on the issue of patient and personnel safety that is actual at all times. According to the WHO, unsafe surgical care procedures cause complications in up to 25% of patients. (1) At the same time, the increasing risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2 is an additional challenge for the staff of the operating room – general practice nurses. The aim of the work is to find out compliance with patient and personnel safety measures in the operating room during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the available literature and resources on patient safety, aseptics and infection control measures during the COVID-19 pandemic; 2. Create a study questionnaire; 3. To conduct questionnaires, collect and analyze the obtained data; 4. Draw conclusions. The hypothesis put forward is: "In the operating room, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of patients and personnel is respected."
