Abstract
Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot pircēju iepirkšanās paradumus, analizējot 2014.gada aptaujas rezultātus, kura tika veikta aptiekā ‘Mols’. Darbā tika analizēti faktori, pēc kuriem pircēji vadās, izvēloties preces un pakalpojumus, tādējādi palīdzot veidot optimālu aptiekas sortimentu. Dati iegūti analizējot pircēju uzskatus, paradumus un pirktspēju. Aptaujā tika ietvertas tādas svarīgas tēmas kā kompensācijas sistēma, pašārstēšanās aktualitāte, pircēju un farmaceita attiecību analīze. Pētījumā secināts, ka pēdējos gados pircēju iepirkšanās paradumi nav mainījušies. Patērētājs izvēlas preces farmaceita un ārsta ietekmē, taču neuzticas farmaceitiskai reklāmai. Kopējais sabiedrības veselības stāvoklis nav pasliktinājies, savukārt, patērētāju ienākumu stāvoklis ir uzlabojies, tāpēc pieprasījums pēc precēm un pakalpojumiem ir palielinājies.
The aim of the study was to determine the shopping habits of buyers,evaluating the results of a survey among 2014,which was carried out in the pharmacy ‘Mols’.Every day in the pharmacy store available range of products is growing and expanding options for buyers.The study analyzes the factors how buyers chooses goods and services,thus helping to create the optimal assortment of the pharmacy.Data obtained from the analysis of buyer beliefs,habits and purchasing power.The survey includes such important topics as compensation scheme,self-treatment actuality,buyers and pharmacist relationship analysis.The study concludes that buyers’ shopping habits have not changed in recent years. The consumer chooses goods by pharmacist and doctors influence but do not trust to pharmaceutical advertising.Total public health condition has not worsened,in turn,society income situation has improved,therefore,the demand for goods and services have increased.
